Struggling to stay active due to health issues? JUMP START provides a safe, personalized exercise plan designed by physical therapists to help you move with confidence.

Who?

Ideal for those with arthritis, diabetes, joint pain, high blood pressure and more.

What?

Supervised exercise sessions, transitioning to independent workouts.

When?

2-3 times per week for 45-minute sessions.

What to Wear?

Comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. Towels and water are provided.

How Much?

Likely covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurances with a Doctor’s referral.

How do I make my appointment?

We will reach out to you directly after receiving a referral. You can also call us directly to book your appointment at your preferred location.

Will it hurt?

Our goal is to make you feel better, not worse. We will tailor our program to meet your needs with comfort in mind.

What should I wear and bring to my appointment?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your photo ID, as well as any mobility aids (cane, walker, wheelchair) that you use.
